Inspired by the Pantheon in Rome. The Pantheon is famous for its massive concrete dome and the oculus in the center that lets a perfect beam of light pour in. I wanted to capture that calm circle of light, so the lamp opens at the top, sending a gentle glow upward just like the real dome.
